Please note If you are under 18, it is illegal to buy alcohol or cigarettes. We operate a challenge 25 policy.
You must be 18 years old or over to place an order
You must be able to provide proof of age at the time of delivery.
(Acceptable forms of identification are: Photo Driving License, Passport or proof of age card scheme with PASS logo).
If customer does not provide ID when requested at the time of delivery, the order will be cancelled but you will still be charged a delivery charge.
If you are excessively drunk or behaving in a threatening manner on the phone or in person then we will refuse to take your order and/or cancel your order but you will still be charged the delivery charge.
Orders delivered to fixed registered address only.
We deliver to the following postcode areas NE1, NE2, NE3, NE7, NE6, NE12, NE27, NE28, NE29 only at this time.
We endeavour to deliver on the same day or next day. Delivery will be made between 4pm and 9pm. During busy periods times may vary.
There is a flat rate delivery charge of £3.49 with a £5 minimum order.
Sales are not permitted from the vehicle at any time. All orders must be made online or via the telephone and paid for, before delivery.
All major forms of debit and credit cards are accepted.
Drivers carry no money on them and all drivers are tracked and monitored and if our drivers are threatened abused or attacked the police will automatically be called out.
We reserve the right to offer in our discretion different offers to different customers.
Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
Telephone calls will be recorded for quality control to ensure the best possible service.
If any incidents of crime or disorder occur while delivering items to your address, directly affecting our drivers, we will need to report this to the Police. Your account and address will be blocked and you will be unable to place any further orders.
We will check your goods at time of picking your order.
The driver will place the goods at your door. Knock on your door and move back
The driver will request an ID check if required once checked.
Driver will take a photo of the customer receiving the goods.
The driver will request for you to check the goods against the receipt and wait a few minutes for your do so before he leaves.
We will not accept missing or damaged good after the driver leaves.
Please note all of our drivers are tracked and there may be CCTV recording in our vehicles.
All refunds will have to be brought back to our shop in Wallsend. Or there will be a £5 charge to collect the goods.
